Job Details

Thomson Reuters is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Associate Client Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success with our solutions under the guidance of a Client Partner.

About the Role
As an Associate Client Partner with Thomson Reuters, you will:

  • Act as a point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Conduct client counseling sessions to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend appropriate Pagero solutions.
  • Facilitate effective client-facing meetings and presentations, articulating complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Provide customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Utilize data analysis and database analysis skills to identify trends, measure client satisfaction, and inform strategic client engagement plans.
  • Maintain an understanding of market knowledge, including industry trends, competitor activities, and client-specific business landscapes.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, support) to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery.
  • Leverage technical knowledge of ONESOURCE Pagero's products and services to provide insightful guidance and support to clients.
  • Prepare clear and concise written and verbal communications, including client reports, proposals, and internal documentation.

About You
You’re a fit for the role of Associate Client Partner if your background includes:

  • Strong client-facing abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrable experience in customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and database analysis tools and techniques.
  • Market knowledge, ideally within the e-invoicing, procure-to-pay, or related B2B integration industries.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Foundational technical knowledge or a strong aptitude for understanding software solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly the Waterfall Model.
