The Talent Management and Development Associate supports the Talent Development team in the coordination and delivery of global, Firmwide leadership development programs. The individual will work closely with colleagues across regions, functions, and external partners to ensure programs are executed with precision, consistency, and a high‑quality participant experience. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, comfort working with data, and the ability to operate effectively in a high‑touch, fast-paced environment.

In partnership with the Talent Development team, you will:

  • Support the design and delivery of global, Firmwide leadership development programs, working closely with HR partners, business stakeholders, and global and regional counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end program and project management activities across regions, supporting planning, execution, evaluation, and ongoing enhancements in partnership with Global Counterparts, Talent & Diversity Advisors and HR Business Partners
  • Track, analyze, and maintain program data, including managing metrics, reviewing outcomes, and synthesizing insights to assess program impact and identify opportunities across geographies
  • Execute programming with strong attention to detail and disciplined planning, ensuring timelines, materials, communications, and deliverables are accurately managed across regions
  • Coordinate high‑touch, high‑visibility global leadership experiences and events, supporting complex logistics and a consistent, commercial participant experience
  • Support external vendor and partner coordination, including program budgets, sourcing support, contracting processes, approvals, and invoice tracking, often across multiple regions

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, and/or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, ideally within a complex, global organization
  • Strong partnership and relationship‑building skills, with experience working closely alongside HR colleagues and employees at multiple levels across regions
  • Highly collaborative and team‑oriented, with the ability to work effectively with peers and global counterparts to support shared outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience tracking, maintaining, and analyzing program data and metrics to support insights and decision‑making
  • Solid program and project management skills, including coordination of initiatives, event planning, logistics, and execution of high‑touch, high‑visibility experiences, often across geographies
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging metrics, best practices, and tools to support program effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, providing thoughtful support, coordination, and follow‑through
  • Proven ability to operate in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines with strong attention to detail and execution discipline

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $115,000 per year at
the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
