DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Admin Associate - Level IV to join our team specializing in Corporate Responsibility for our Cummins Inc. facility in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Strengthen executive effectiveness by anticipating senior management’s needs and proactively managing schedules, priorities, and daily workflow.
  • Enhance leadership communication by preparing clear, accurate correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents used for internal and external audiences.
  • Improve operational efficiency by coordinating meetings, organizing logistics, managing travel arrangements, and completing expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support a positive customer and stakeholder experience by serving as a representative of senior management and ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism.
  • Protect organizational integrity by maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information, files, and executive records.
  • Drive smooth information flow by acting as a communication bridge between senior management, employees, customers, vendors, media, and other external partners.
  • Ensure effective office operations by monitoring expenditures, supporting budget controls, and reporting key information on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to team capability by serving as a resource for colleagues, using independent judgment to address inquiries, resolve issues, and complete executive‑level tasks.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Serve as a trusted advisor, handling sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Technology Proficiency: Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Loop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Asana) and familiarity with expense management systems (Concur, Ariba).
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage complex information accurately and deliver high-quality results.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across and outside the organization.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to transition seamlessly between routine administrative tasks and complex executive support needs.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: bachelor’s degree or higher.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The

final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s

qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
