What you will do
In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Extremities portfolio. You will contribute to market analysis, product development initiatives, launch planning, and cross-functional alignment across countries, ensuring data-driven decision-making and strong commercial impact.
Main responsabilities:
Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify opportunities and refine strategic positioning.
Develop insights on customer segments, purchasing motivations, and business trends to support marketing strategy.
Support the development and execution of marketing plans, including product development initiatives and launch materials.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-based decisions.
Contribute to pricing strategies and portfolio margin management while promoting on-label product use.
Prepare business presentations and reports for regional meetings, supporting alignment with country teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Medical Education, and Product teams to support training programs and commercial initiatives.
Develop marketing materials and support event coordination when required, ensuring alignment with brand and internal guidelines.
What you need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Experience in marketing roles, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience analyzing marketing data and business performance metrics.
Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency.
Preferred:
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Latin America.
Experience supporting product launches and portfolio development initiatives.
