The End User Endpoint and Tooling Team is committed to delivering an enterprise class Windows Desktop Platform to the firm. The team is responsible for all aspects of the design, configuration and integration of Windows Desktop and Laptop endpoints, including hardware, driver and firmware management.
We are looking for a person to be able to contribute to many of the on-going initiatives in some of these areas and to own engineering and operational tasks from beginning to end. The candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a strategic mind-set, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate within a globally distributed team.

What you’ll do in the role:
Ensure that the solutions we develop meet the necessary security, supportability, and performance requirements identified by our stakeholders, regulators, and the organization at large.
Ensure that we meet the business’ expectations of high availability, performance, and overall user experience.
Sustain existing systems by providing level-3 support to help investigate and identify root cause for escalated issues.
Create, review, maintain and disseminate knowledge through documentation and demonstrations of the technologies, tools, and methodologies that are used to support them. Dissemination of knowledge amongst peers and partnering support teams.
What you’ll bring to the role:
5+ years technical understanding of Windows operating systems up to and including Windows 10/11/Server 2019
Experience with Windows 10/11 Intune Modern Management.
Expertise with SCCM OSD orchestration and software delivery concepts.
Advanced scripting skills with PowerShell.
Extensive experience with Enterprise workloads migration to the cloud such as network drives content to Microsoft OneDrive for Business.
Knowledge of common Windows Infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/NRPT, PKI/CA, RADIUS, NPS, etc.
Strong troubleshooting mindset (i.e. parsing event logs, SysInternals tools, analysing memory dumps etc).
Experience automating workflows and providing self service capability.
Client / Server hardware knowledge and management in an enterprise environment.
Experience designing technical solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Ability to author technical and operational management documentation including design and support documents, operational runbooks, internal knowledge base articles, etc
Desired Skills:
Experience of Windows Modern Management (Intune, Autopilot, Windows365, etc)
Desktop/Laptop Hardware Knowledge and Management in an enterprise environment (i.e. driver, firmware, bios management).
Understanding of Agile principles and how to apply them.
Infrastructure systems including experience with Jira, ServiceNow.
