Investment Banking Analyst/Associate

We are currently seeking an experienced Analyst/Associate to join our IBD team based in Indonesia. Successful candidates will become our key members working on a diverse range of transactions including M&A, equity / debt capital raising, etc. while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

In the Investment Banking division, we offer Global expertise in market analysis and in advisory and capital-raising services for corporations, institutions, and governments.

What you’ll do in the role:

• Play an important role in deal execution and business development proposals including but not limited to financial analysis, financial modeling, credit analysis, industry research, preparation of offering memoranda and interacting with clients

• Develop marketing materials for topics such as company positioning, financing alternatives, and M&A strategic alternatives

• Integrate strategy ideas derived from various analysis, forecasts, business plans, and research into presentations for various stakeholders.

• Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis on public and private companies: comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, leveraged buyout analysis and discounted cash flow analysis

• Actively involved in day-to-day transaction execution

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Ideally have at least 1-4 years of IBD work experience in reputable financial institutions

• Prior execution experience in equity capital markets, M&A or broader corporate finance with a proven track record

• Fluency in English and Bahasa highly preferred

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with sound knowledge of corporate finance andaccounting concepts

• Strong academic background with a track record of success

• Commitment to excellence and delivery of highest quality work product

• Strong team player

• Excellent interpersonal skills
