As we continue to expand our footprint in the Baltics, we are seeking a driven professional to lead channel growth in Lithuania. As our new Business Development Manager, you will spearhead our Channel and Distribution business in the country, with a primary focus on two of our key hyperscaler partners: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud. In this role, you will be the architect of our channel strategy for these key vendors. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and enabling local partners (MSPs, VARs, and System Integrators) to build a robust, revenue-generating distribution network. If you are passionate about cloud ecosystems and thrive on building lucrative, long-term B2B partnerships, this is the perfect opportunity for you.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Channel Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to build and scale the distribution business for AWS and Google Cloud within the Lithuanian market 
  • Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and IT consultancies 
  • Partner Enablement: Act as the primary liaison for partners, providing them with the necessary sales, technical, and marketing enablement to successfully sell AWS and Google Cloud solutions through SoftwareOne 
  • Revenue Growth: Drive pipeline generation and accelerate sales cycles through channel partners to meet and exceed regional revenue targets 
  • Vendor Alignment: Maintain strong relationships with local and regional AWS and Google Cloud representatives, ensuring our channel strategies align with their global partner programs, incentives, and joint-marketing initiatives 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and leverage data to optimize channel operations and profitability
