Expert Tax Compliance - Latam

Scope: Full Time | Location: Mexico City | Hybrid Model

This role plays a key part in strengthening tax compliance, improving governance, and reducing non-compliance risk across the region, working closely with finance teams, external tax advisors, and local authorities.

What you will do: 

• Coordinate and validate financial data for tax return preparation, partnering with O2C, P2P, and R2R teams.

• Monitor tax compliance by managing deadlines, calendars, and regional work plans.

• Manage external tax advisors, coordinating the preparation, review, and filing of tax returns.

• Oversee tax credits, supporting actions to recover balances in favor.

• Act as point of contact with tax authorities and support tax reporting, Corporate Income Tax reconciliations, and tax notes.
