Is the position a backfill? If so, who are you backfilling?

When fully staffed, what is the size of your team?

What is the impact if the role is not filled (why is it citical or what will break)?

The Digital Services team has several strategic initiatives underway, including Custom Models, Preferences Center, DMAG, and SMA. To successfully develop and support these programs, we require skilled Full Stack Engineers. Additionally, expertise in Data Engineering is essential to deliver business-critical applications.

Given the increased demand year-over-year and a reduction in external contractor support, it is imperative to onboard a developer immediately. Looking ahead to 2026, our goal is to minimize reliance on external vendors and strengthen internal capabilities to meet growing business needs.

Why do we need to fill it now? Could we delay hiring?

Delaying the hiring process would introduce significant risks, including potential delays to high-value business applications (Custom Model - there is extreme pressure and risk with how that business is scaling at the moment). There is ramp up time, the sooner we can hire the better and allow transition and KT to take place. Therefore, it is critical to fill this role without further postponement.

Location justification

Atlanta or Houston considering we are backfilling a role in Atlanta and most of the applications are NA. Also this role will require heavy collaboration with the business on NA hours. Ideally Atlanta where the key business stakeholders are. We see this as a long term investment in this role/talent.

Associated compensation

115000/-
