Role Introduction
As our new Junior Digital Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for SME clients, ensuring they receive consistent, high-quality support across all digital services. You will manage relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through renewals, while identifying opportunities to grow each account.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues, align solutions with client needs, and drive revenue growth. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients
Act as the main contact for digital service needs, ensuring timely and effective solutions
Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies, leading negotiations with clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data insights and market knowledge
Manage post-sales escalations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business to anticipate needs and opportunities
Track account performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics
