Junior Accounting Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Accounting Analyst (RTR Jr – FSSC Americas) to support the Record-to-Report (RTR) process for the Americas region.

This is an ideal position for early-career professionals who want to develop their accounting experience within a structured corporate environment, actively participating in transaction recording, reconciliations, and monthly close activities, with guidance and support from the team.

You will gain exposure to global standards, internal controls, and best practices within a centralized financial services model (FSSC).

What you will do:

• Record accounting entries such as accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Support the monthly close process in line with established timelines and corporate guidelines.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, analyze differences, and ensure proper balance integration.
• Follow up on intercompany transactions, verifying proper accounting application.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and collaborating with Controllers and the Finance team to achieve accurate closings.
