The main challenges in this area include the volume of the data, interfacing with multiple other systems, being exposed to different financial products to a certain extent and being resilient to errors while keeping our SLA-s. The data we feed is critical in fulfilling the regulatory requirements set by the FED, PRA or BAFIN. Our team is also involved in developing calculations of regulatory scenarios requested by our Market Risk Department. The main technical challenge for this team is computational complexity. As such, our projects are highly complex, which requires all the help we could gain on both the execution and management side.
We offer:
> A supportive and vibrant multinational environment, which is leveraging technology to its highest potential. We accept individual differences and believe in teamwork
> An open door to have continuous dialogue with our senior leaders - an environment where you are truly listened to
> Professional development opportunities including access to Morgan Stanley's world-class internal trainings
> A competitive compensation and benefits package including eligibility for an annual bonus and flexible working arrangements (core hours / work-time cycle and opportunity to work from home)
You will:
> Work in a role that's responsible for capacity planning and management of spend projections across IED and FID cloud applications
> Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy to achieve the super-department goals
> Guide teams to help them stay on track with project deliveries, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met
> Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones
> Drive cultural change by championing a growth mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices
You have:
> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
> Good communication skills
> Prior experience in working with Cloud-related technology teams
> BSc or MSc in any relevant field
> Experience in working in a large organization
> Understanding of Change Management practices
