We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Stock Room Management consultant to support a Brownfield conversion from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. 

The role will focus on assessing the existing ECC landscape, supporting conversion preparation activities, validating the impact on logistics processes, and ensuring continuity of transport planning, warehouse operations and stockroom management within S/4HANA. 

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, logistics SMEs, and the technical conversion team to ensure a smooth transition during the system conversion. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Brownfield Conversion Support 

• Assess current ECC TM / LE-TRA / WM / Stock Room Management processes 

• Support S/4HANA readiness activities, including simplification item analysis 

• Identify functional impacts of conversion on logistics and warehouse operations 

• Validate data consistency and master data readiness 

• Functional Design & Validation 

• Review and update existing logistics process flows 

• Support mapping of ECC functionality to S/4HANA embedded capabilities 

• Validate transportation planning, freight management, and shipment execution 

• Review stock room management configuration and warehouse processes 

• Testing & Cutover 

• Support integration testing and UAT for logistics processes 

• Validate end-to-end scenarios including:  

• Order to delivery 

• Transport planning and execution 

• Warehouse picking and goods movements 

• Assist with cutover planning and post-conversion validation 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

• Work with:  

• Supply chain stakeholders 

• Warehouse operations teams 

• Integration and technical teams 

• Provide guidance on best practices in S/4HANA logistics and transportation
