Develop supply chain analytics to make operational performance and trends visible. Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports. Develop reporting capability for supply chain Key Performance Indicators. Use existing business systems to provide analytics and reporting that are capable and repeatable. Extract, transform, model, interpret and present planning data with the goal of mining useful information, suggesting conclusions, and promoting value creating decision making. Determine the source of master data (bill-of-material, disposition code, planner code) ensuring changes are updated at the origin rather than downstream systems. Track, monitor, and improve the quality of master data feeding into the demand and supply plan. Generate custom supply chain reports using reporting and analytic tools such as C++, Python, SQL Developer, Power BI, Datalake, and TOAD. Develop a system for Inventory Optimization with the intent of providing a planning system for raw materials. Interpret KPIs to understand end-customer impact. Develop and provide supply chain analytics that cross organizations and Business Units, such as throughput time, lead time, delivery, logistics, working capital, and order management. Utilize data and intelligence tools to develop supply chain models for scenario analysis. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance. Create reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Maintain data with software systems including Enterprise Resource Planning and Materials Requirements Planning. Utilize Excel to perform analysis and present findings to identify cost improvement opportunities and efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Positions require a Master’s degree in Computer or Data Science, Computer Engineering, Technology Management, or related field and 2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence, Data, or IT Supply Chain Analyst, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Data Science, Computer Engineering, Technology Management, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence, Data, or IT Supply Chain Analyst, or related position. Experience to include: Supply chain analytics; Extract planning data; Improve the quality of master data; Custom supply chain reports; C++, Python, SQL Developer, Power BI, Datalake; Inventory Optimization; Data and intelligence tools; Enterprise Resource Planning and Materials Requirements Planning.
