Python Developer - Associate - Software Engineering
Profile Description
We’re seeking someone to join our WM Technology team as a Python Developer, in Core Platform Services to provides specialist data analysis and expertise that drive decision-making and business insights as well as crafting data pipelines, implementing data models, optimizing data processes for improved data accuracy and accessibility, including applying machine learning and AI-based techniques.

Software Engineering
This is Associate position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:
Strong experience in Automation script development using Playwright and Selenium IDE.
Strong SQL skills (complex queries, optimization, troubleshooting, data validation).
Grafana (dashboarding, alerting).
Prometheus (metrics collection and monitoring setup).
Observability fundamentals (logs, metrics, traces, incident diagnostics).
Exposure to monitoring tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Apica, Splunk.
Usage of GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity and troubleshooting speed.
What you’ll bring to the role:
At least 4+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role with Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Strong verbal and written communication with technical and business stakeholders.
Good presentation skills for demos, test reports, and incident/problem reviews.
Ability to clearly document automation coverage, defects, and action plans.
Collaborative approach across QA, Dev, and SRE/Operations teams.
