  • Champion diverse hiring and equitable practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Ensure recruiting processes, assessments, and tools are optimized for consistency, quality, and scalability.

 Strategic Stakeholder Leadership

  • Partner closely with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and shape talent strategies.

  • Cultivate strong external relationships with candidates, agencies, universities, and market influencers.

  • Uphold an exceptional, high‑touch candidate and stakeholder experience.

Data, Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Use data, analytics, and insights to diagnose challenges, forecast talent needs, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Monitor market trends, talent supply, competitor activity, and compensation dynamics to influence workforce planning.

  • Share insights that enable better decision-making across HR and the business.

The Experience You Bring:

  • 12+ years in Talent Acquisition preferred, or broader HR equivalent experience.

  • Proven leadership experience in complex, fast‑paced environments.

  • Strong familiarity with the asset management, investment management, or broader financial services sectors preferred—understanding niche talent pools and market dynamics.

  • Demonstrated success leading end‑to-end recruitment across corporate and technical functions.

  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Experience driving recruitment strategies using data, dashboards, metrics, and analytics.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Deep expertise in TA strategies, processes, compliance, and best practices.

  • Extensive knowledge of ATS process flows - Workday experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for action.

  • Consulting and advisory skills grounded in sound judgment, influence, and persuasion.
