    Position Overview

    The Brand Social Media & Influencer Manager (P3) is an individual contributor responsible for executing influencer and creator relationship programs that support Autodesk’s Brand Social strategy. This role focuses on operational excellence, relationship management, and campaign execution, working within established frameworks while contributing to continuous improvement. At the P3 level, the specialist operates with moderate autonomy, manages defined scopes of work, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned to Autodesk’s brand and business priorities.

    Responsibilities

    Program Execution:

    • Execute influencer and creator activations aligned to Brand Social and campaign priorities

    • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and publishing coordination

    • Ensure influencer content adheres to Autodesk brand, legal, and disclosure standards

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain productive relationships with creators, influencers, and advocates

    • Support outreach, onboarding, briefing, and ongoing communication

    • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and performance records

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with Brand Social, PR, Campaign Marketing, Legal, and Procurement teams

    • Support agency partners in sourcing, contracting, and execution

    • Coordinate efficiently across time zones and global stakeholders

    Measurement & Optimization:

    • Track performance metrics and support reporting on campaign outcomes

    • Identify trends and insights to improve future activations

    • Contribute to process improvements and playbooks

    P3 Capability Indicators:

    • Demonstrates solid judgment within defined guidelines

    • Delivers work independently with limited supervision

    • Communicates clearly and escalates risks appropriately

    • Applies best practices consistently across programs

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

    • 3–5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships

    • Hands-on experience managing influencer or creator relationships

    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and influencer ecosystems

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Owns execution of defined influencer programs and activations

    • Contributes to global Brand Social initiatives with regional adaptation

    • Impacts brand perception, reach, and engagement through trusted third-party voices

    • Operates within established strategy, budgets, and governance models

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $76,400 and $131,890. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
