We are looking for a talented Principal Global Service Operations Solution Architect to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology - 100% remote in the USA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Define clear system architectures by breaking down components, allocating functions, and establishing seamless interfaces across systems
  • Create reusable standards, design patterns, and configurations that accelerate future solution development and improve consistency.
  • Partner closely with project and product teams to understand capability needs and deliver the most effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct advanced cost/benefit analyses to guide future-state capabilities and ensure smart, strategic investment decisions.
  • Lead the development of enterprise architecture principles that guide change, support governance, and inform solution decisions.
  • Audit solution designs to ensure compliance with architectural standards and prevent performance issues as new capabilities are introduced.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape future-state architecture, build strategic roadmaps, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, build strong industry relationships, and coach junior architects to elevate architectural maturity enterprise-wide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate clearly across audiences using tailored, multi‑mode communication to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Make timely, high‑quality decisions that keep solution design, architecture, and project execution moving forward.
  • Influence and persuade others with well‑structured arguments that drive commitment to architectural direction and standards.
  • Apply a strategic mindset to anticipate future possibilities and translate them into forward‑looking architectural strategies and roadmaps.
  • Use structured change‑management practices to guide teams through architectural transitions and sustain long‑term outcomes.
  • Apply architecture system design principles to create models, artifacts, and building blocks that support controlled, scalable system transformation.
  • Build strong solution designs using industry standards, automation, instrumentation, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Conduct solution functional fit analysis to ensure components operate holistically and meet technical, business, security, and governance requirements.
  • Develop system solution architectures aligned to CTRM, CLEAN, and reference patterns to ensure consistency and standardization.
  • Manage project issues and risks proactively by identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and mitigating them to protect solution delivery and outcomes.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in relevant technical discipline, or relevant equivalent experience required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Significant experience in a relevant discipline area is required with a demonstrated track record of architecture and design for cloud-based platforms.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in emerging technologies is highly preferred and includes:
  • Analyzing complex business systems, industry requirements, and governance and creating solution designs from them
  • Proven Architecture and design experience for cloud-based platforms
  • Significant experiences in the following are preferred:
  • Experience with architecting and integrating enterprise systems and data
  • Experience in defining and weighing the trade-offs of different solution options
  • Experience with IoT technology
  • Experience in Agile software development and DevSecOps

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect or System Architect certification, Agentforce Champion or above.
  • Experience with Salesforce Platform, Agentforce concepts and applying AI in Service operations, customer service or engagement scenarios. Experience implementing or supporting Data Cloud.
  • Experience in tools such as Youreka, Forms on Fire and mobile development.
  • Experience in leading architecture strategy for Salesforce and deliver AI-driven service solutions.
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Deep understanding of Agentic standards (MCP, A2A)
  • Deep expertise in a core Salesforce Cloud (Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, FSL, Revenue Cloud).

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
