Work You'll Do

As a Manager at Deloitte, you will lead an onshore functional team in delivering Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. You will demonstrate Oracle Field Service expertise and serve as a primary client contact to facilitate requirement gathering/clarifications, build personas and process flows, guide backlog grooming, solution designs, and articulate business during sprint demo/feature demos.

Our multidisciplinary team delivers solutions that empower organizations to optimize sales operations, elevate customer service interactions, and enhance field service delivery. By leveraging advanced analytics, Generative AI, transformative technologies, and creative design, we help clients build deeper relationships with their customers and drive sustained growth and value creation.

Qualifications

Required Skills
  • Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with a minimum of 6 years relevant consulting in Oracle Field Service operations.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent number of years of experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Skills
  • Oracle Field Service certification
  • Hands-on exposure to a minimum of two Oracle modules- Fusion Service, Service Logistics, Maintenance, Install Base, Projects, FinOps, and Subscription
  • Exposure to Construction industry in at least one full life cycle implementation
  • Experience implementing or configuring Oracle's Redwood UI in a cloud application environment (minimum of one project or six months of experience)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $138,800 to $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
