KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

Perform all types of inspection per QS requirement to maintain high quality and to fulfill the production plans with close to general quality monitoring to all shop floor practices. 按照质量系统的要求完成所有类型的检验保持高质量，并且在完成计划的同时密切的监控整个生产活动。

• Continuously fully comply with all GMP, company procedure document requirements.

持续的完全符合GMP,公司程序文件的要求。

• Will perform, incoming, manufacturing inspections of products/component parts in accordance with the most current specifications, Ensure them meet company and QSR standards. 

按照当前规范执行进料检验,过程检验和最终检验,包装检验保证确保产品符合公司质量系统的标准。

• Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition.  了当遇到产品异常状态时，负责停止产品进入下一步流程。
• Using gauges and other reliant inspection equipment in compliance to inspection equipment procedure requirement. Maintain the good condition of them and ensure all inspection records/reports and are compliant with GMP and QS requirements.

按照检验设备程序的要求使用量具和其他检验设备，维护检验工具和设备，保持它们良好状态，同时确保所有的检验记录/报告都符合GMP和QS的要求。

• Participate in product transfer, FAI (First Article Inspection) and Validation execution as need

根据需要执行产品转移，FAI 和验证。

• Support the achievement of Inspection Team KPI's

支持达成检验团队的关键绩效指标。

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES管理职责:

• None

REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：

• Demonstrated ability to read mechanical drawing and specifications.

能熟练阅读机械类图纸和规范。

• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of all standard inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, gages and comparators.

精通所检测设备的使用包括卡尺,千分尺,量规和投影仪。

• Must be able to communicate product and/or component part deficiencies to supervisory or operational personnel.

必须能够和管理员或操作人员沟通产品/或部件的缺陷。

• Must be able to follow and explain detailed instructions and inspection procedures.

必须能够遵行和解释具体的操作说明和检验程序。

• Cooperate with shift work, high sense of responsibility and carefulness in daily work. Obey company discipline and arrangement from department.

配合倒班，工作认真细心有责任感、服从公司纪律和部门工作安排。

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

经验要求：

• 3+ years quality control inspection experience

三年以上的质量检验经验

• Experience in Machining industry is preferred

机械行业的经验优先

EDUCATION

教育背景：

• High School/technical school or equivalent.

高中/技术学校或同等学历

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
