11The Role: Lead Software Engineer
The Team: The Market Intelligence Industry Data Solutions business line provides data technology and services supporting acquisition, ingestion, content management, mastering and distribution to power our Financial Institution Group business and customer needs. Focus on platform scale to support business by following a common data lifecycle that accelerates business value. We provide essential intelligence for Financial Services, Real Estate and Insurance industries
The Impact: The FIG Data Engineering team will be responsible for implementing & maintaining services and/or tools to support existing feed systems which allows users to consume FIG datasets and make FIG data available to a data fabric for wider consumption and processing within the company.

What you'll be working on:
- Architect, design, document and lead end-to-end the development process

- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to reach a common goal.
- Mentor, coach and guide team members to navigate through technical and agile processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's / master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in application development using Agile/SAFe and TDD/BDD
- Excellent knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, design patterns, SOLID, multi-tier applications
- Full stack development experience in modern application development technologies using using .NET Core, C#, T-SQL or PL/SQL, Web API’s, REST/OData, React JS for the past 3 years
- Cloud knowledge preferably in AWS with various technologies like Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, MSK, Docker, etc or Azure/GCP equivalents
- Organized and efficient team player, analytical, quick learner, proactive and able to mentor and guide colleagues keeping a quality first mindset at all times
It's also nice if you have:
- Highly recommended skillset in Databricks or Spark with Scala or Python, Snowflake
Location: Bucharest, Romania (remote work is also possible, but you need to reside within Romania)
