We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Business Management Team Lead.

The Business Management team provides functional support to the sub-teams of Risk Analytics. Besides project management tasks, the team has responsibilities related to coordinating regulatory reporting, committee meeting materials, and risk governance requests. Team members are required to collaborate with senior stakeholders as well as model specialists from various Risk Analytics sub-teams. Our team ensures that Risk Analytics is on track to meet regulatory and business deadlines.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to identify regulatory and business-as-usual needs as well as to collect and share information about ongoing projects

  • Establish and manage project forums

  • Prepare meeting materials and minutes, and follow up on agreed actions

  • Maintain up-to-date status reports of ongoing projects as well as regulatory requirements

  • Lead a local COO team within Risk Analytics

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in economics, business or any other relevant field, but not exclusively in a quantitative field

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork

  • Strong organizational and project management skills as well as ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to oversee business operations, with strong attention to detail

  • Strong people-management skills

  • Ability to effectively harmonize or optimize working procedures

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

  • Advantageous to have: Experience in finance, technology or related industries involving interaction with technical teams such as model or software developers

  • Advantageous to have: Experience with Jira and/or Power BI
