DESCRIPTION
Cummins is looking for a Service administrator to complete its service team in Kamloops, BC.
This role will serve as first point of contact with our customers to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Provide high‑quality first‑line customer care, ensuring questions and requests are answered promptly and professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers to understand changing requirements and expectations.
- Act as a central communication point between technicians, parts, supervisors, and other advisors to support smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, quality procedures, QuickServe processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, positive attitude, and customer‑focused mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Customer service experience is mandatory for this role.
- Experience in similar field including automotive, agriculture, industrial equipment etc. considered an asset.
- Must be comfortable working with different software (Microsoft suite, BMS, Field aware).

- Have a customer‑focused mindset.
About the role:
- Working hours are Wednesday to Saturday 7h00am to 5h30pm.
- Salary range starts at 70000$ annually- and depending on experience.Daily works includes (but is not limited to)
- Answer customer calls, greet customers and schedule technicians.
- Prepare job plan estimates/quotes, supporting warranty claims and ensuring accuracy in work order documentation and invoicing.
- Schedule job assignments.
- Process invoices accurately and promptly.
- Support accurate and timely work order creation, processing, invoicing, and filing, ensuring quality data entry and system integrity.
