About the role
As a Recruiter, you will support hiring across Zillow’s U.S. Customer Operations organization, including roles in Connections, Customer Experience, Customer Support, and field-based teams.
This role is focused on executing recruiting in a high-volume environment, where speed, consistency, and candidate experience are critical. You will manage multiple requisitions and hiring classes simultaneously while partnering with hiring teams to meet hiring goals.
You may also support additional business areas as hiring needs evolve.
You Will Get To:
Manage end-to-end recruiting for high-volume Customer Experience Operations roles, including class-based hiring programs
Screen and assess candidates efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions
Maintain strong candidate pipelines through inbound applicants and sourcing
Own offer creation, extension, and closing processes
Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill) and flag risks early
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and candidate flow
Collaborate with teammates to meet hiring targets and support team goals
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
Who you are
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or customer-facing role hiring
Experience managing multiple requisitions or class-based hiring programs
Experience supporting U.S.-based hiring or working with U.S. stakeholders is preferred
Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Effective communicator with candidates and stakeholders
Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Must be physically based in Mexico.
