- Coordinates HR operational activities and may provide direction and coaching to HR Specialists, Representatives, and co-op students/interns. Leads HR operational continuous improvement projects. Provides HR analytics support relating to HR processes, systems and procedures.
- Coordinates operational activity related to all HR talent processes.
- Ensures HR administrative efficiency and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Leads HR operational continuous improvement projects such as upgrades in tools/systems, administrative procedures, etc.
- Provides HR analytical support relating to HR processes, systems, and procedures across locations, regions and/or divisions.
- Interprets data, showing trends, implications and prepares communications for HR leaders.
- Supports organizational change projects, in partnership with HR Operations and the HR business partner team.
- Works in conjunction with HR business partners in the generation of HR-related communications for employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives.
Coordinate logistics for trainings
Leads Engagement initiatives, creating and executing action plans that have an impact on the company.
Use data storytelling to communicate HR insights, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements and analyze HR metrics and key trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and action planning.
Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources to support consistent and effective HR practices and solve complex HR challenges by designing repeatable, high-impact solutions.
Provide operational and analytical support, ensuring seamless execution of HR strategies.
Create and Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making.
Assist in creating and updating HR documents, presentations, and communication materials.
Support with recruitment process in screening, interviews and coordinating
