    • Analyse ARR, churn, net retention, bookings, and product mix across segments, regions, and routes-to-market

    • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting used by Channel Finance, Global Commission Office, Sales Performance leadership

    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM, billing, finance, and incentive compensation systems

    Data Analytics

    • Identify and quantify instances of false churn, including but not limited to product downgrades, bundle-to-point-product shifts, seat reductions, contract restructures, and commercial reconfigurations

    • Distinguish true customer attrition from revenue changes driven by seller actions, partner behaviour, pricing, packaging, or incentive structures

    • Analyse downgrade patterns at the seller, partner, product, and segment level to surface systemic drivers

    • Partner with the engineering teams to identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies across churn, revenue, and incentive metrics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity

    Incentive Compensation & Business Insights

    • Partner with Sales Performance and Incentive Compensation teams to evaluate how plan design, crediting rules, and guardrails influence downgrade behaviour and churn signals

    • Provide analytical support for plan design adjustments, policy changes, and scenario modelling related to churn and retention outcomes

    • Support executive, operating, and planning reviews with data-driven insights and actionable findings

    • Present complex analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to executive and senior leadership through clear, concise narratives, executive‑ready presentations, and data‑driven storytelling that informs decision‑making and action

    Required Qualifications

    • 8 to 12 years of experience in finance analytics

    • Strong financial and analytical skillset, consistent with a Financial Analyst role in a large-scale subscription business

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake is preferred

    • Solid understanding of SaaS economics, including ARR, churn, retention, renewals, and product mix dynamics

    • Experience in analysing churn, downgrades, or customer lifecycle metrics in a recurring revenue environment

    • Understanding of sales incentive compensation mechanics and seller behaviour dynamics

    • Comfort navigating ambiguity and developing structured approaches where definitions or standards are evolving

    • Work closely with Sales Performance, Sales Operations, and Incentive Compensation teams to support measurement, insights, and plan design

    • Collaborate with FP&A, GTM Strategy and RevOps to align on churn definitions, reporting standards, and financial narratives

    • Provide analytical support and perspective for leadership decision-making across quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forums
