Job DescriptionWhat We Do:
The Market Research team within Invesco’s Marketing organization is dedicated to understanding clients and improving their experience with Invesco. We manage investor and advisor communities, track sentiment and brand perception, and conduct custom studies aligned with strategic priorities. Our team also focuses on QQQ research and compiles secondary research to support various initiatives.
Your Role:
As a Client Research Intern, you will support the Market Research team in a variety of research projects. Your role involves conducting basic data analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, and assisting in the creation of insights presentations that distill key insights from the data into compelling narratives. You will play a key part in distributing secondary research findings to inform strategic decisions.
This role requires strong analytical and research skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication abilities. You will need to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy. Knowledge of market research methodologies and experience with community management are advantageous. This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the client experience at Invesco.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the execution of the CX program.
Assisting with investor and advisor communities.
Supporting sentiment and brand tracking analysis.
Supporting custom research studies aligned with strategic priorities.
Focusing on QQQ-related research projects.
Collating and distributing secondary research findings.
Conducting basic data analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
Assisting in the creation of insights presentations that distill key insights from the data into compelling narratives.
Experience you bring:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree graduating between December 2025 and Summer 2026 with a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Strong analytical and research skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Knowledge of market research methodologies.
Experience with community management is a plus.
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic team.
The compensation offered for this position will be based on qualifications, skills and location. For New York the compensation offered will be $ 30-35/hour
