In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

 You’ll keep people safe and operations running by actively following Health, Safety & Environmental practices—spotting hazards early, using proper PPE, and stopping work when needed to prevent incidents.

 You’ll ensure high-quality output by applying strong workmanship standards, carefully following diagrams and specifications, and performing inspections that catch issues before they escalate.

 You’ll maximize equipment reliability by maintaining, repairing, and supporting preventive and predictive maintenance—helping reduce downtime and extend machine life.

 You’ll solve real production problems by identifying root causes of failures, contributing to downtime analysis, and helping eliminate recurring issues.

 You’ll drive continuous improvement by working with teammates to reduce bottlenecks, improve processes, and increase overall manufacturing efficiency.

 You’ll protect the environment by recognizing how your work affects energy use, waste, and emissions—and taking steps to minimize negative impact.

 You’ll strengthen team performance through clear communication, collaboration with peers and support staff, and active participation in TPM and improvement initiatives.

 You’ll build your technical expertise and career growth by mastering tools, equipment, and maintenance systems while continuously learning through training and hands-on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful, you will need to consistently demonstrate the following:

 Work well with others by building strong partnerships, sharing knowledge, and supporting teammates to achieve common production and safety goals.

 Communicate clearly and intentionally so operators, technicians, and leadership all understand priorities, issues, and solutions—whether on the floor or in reports.

 Stay customer-focused by recognizing that your work directly impacts product quality, delivery, and reliability for internal and external customers.

 Make sound, timely decisions on the job—especially during equipment issues or safety concerns—to keep operations moving without compromising standards.

 Know yourself and keep improving by seeking feedback, reflecting on mistakes, and building on your strengths to become more effective over time.

 Deliver results consistently by staying accountable, following through on tasks, and performing under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 Keep learning and adapting by experimenting, asking questions, and using both successes and failures to build deeper technical and problem-solving skills.

 Lead with safety every day by identifying hazards, following control procedures (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic), and helping create a culture where everyone looks out for each other.

 Apply manufacturing knowledge to improve processes, support equipment performance, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

 Respect and leverage differences by valuing diverse perspectives, which leads to better problem-solving, innovation, and stronger team performance.
