We are looking for a talented Training Associate - Level III to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Forest Park, GA.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive end-to-end training delivery by coordinating logistics, communications, facilitators, and materials for instructor-led and e-learning programs.
  • Improve program quality by supporting needs, audience, and task analyses and providing actionable input to solution design and content updates.
  • Elevate learning effectiveness by preparing clear, on-brand instructional materials (participant guides, facilitator guides, presentations, assessments, and job aids).
  • Strengthen vendor partnerships by researching, evaluating, and collaborating with external providers and educational institutions to enhance the curriculum portfolio.
  • Optimize investment decisions by gathering data for cost-benefit analyses on build/buy/modify options for instructional solutions.
  • Ensure measurable outcomes by implementing evaluation plans, maintaining training records, analyzing progress data, and recommending improvements.
  • Enhance stakeholder experience by responding promptly and accurately to training inquiries and managing relationships across employees, leaders, vendors, and facilitators.
  • Build team capability by acting as a resource to colleagues, sharing best practices, and supporting consistent adoption of corporate learning standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Balance diverse stakeholders by anticipating needs, aligning priorities, and managing trade-offs to drive shared outcomes.
  • Apply a global perspective by considering cross-cultural, regional, and regulatory nuances when designing and delivering learning solutions.
  • Optimize work processes by standardizing, documenting, and continuously improving workflows for scalable, efficient program delivery.
  • Ensure HR data integrity by maintaining complete, accurate, and compliant people data and using it to inform decisions.
  • Deliver high-impact learning through strong instructional design—analyzing needs, designing, and developing content, implementing solutions, and evaluating effectiveness against objectives.
  • Leverage data analytics to interpret qualitative and quantitative insights, validate outcomes, visualize findings, and present recommendations that enable data-driven decisions.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information

  • Execute the picking process by logging into the RF gun in the MEZZ and selecting materials accurately according to standard work and training.
  • Package orders using the correct boxes, materials, and methods outlined in Red Prairie, including Cummins pack-out processes (LTL, DY) and UPS/FedEx manifest operations.
  • Manage PO flow beginning in BMF and progressing through subsequent system steps.
  • Utilize GOMS command codes such as pick, inqbyord, and Wsmpickxrf to process orders before releasing them to Red Prairie.
  • Perform Red Prairie tasks including pick cancellations, shipping allocation, manifest package processing, and Cummins Packout activities.
  • Use TOAD ATL scripts to execute “Force Pick” actions for orders stuck in GOMS that must be released into Red Prairie for picking.
  • Support “Contingent Worker” orientations by shadowing presenters and assisting with onboarding activities.
  • Produce, laminate, and label signs and documents to support standard work and operational needs.
