Role Introduction
As our new Senior Consultant – Google Workspace, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Google Workspace solutions for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through end-to-end digital workplace transformations that modernize collaboration, strengthen security, and enhance governance.

You will work closely with client stakeholders, architects, and project teams to ensure each solution is technically robust, strategically aligned, and successfully adopted. Your expertise will directly influence business performance, user experience, and long-term digital maturity. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Google Workspace implementation, migration, and optimization projects from discovery to delivery

• Design secure, scalable collaborative architectures aligned with industry best practices

• Advise clients on security, governance, compliance, and identity management strategies

• Facilitate technical workshops, discovery sessions, and environment assessments

• Support user adoption and change management initiatives to maximize business value

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to shape solution design and project estimations

• Ensure high-quality delivery, clear documentation, and effective knowledge transfer
