You will join the sales team, focusing on acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships. This role plays a key part in driving revenue, increasing cloud adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes for our customers.
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships within the small and medium business segment. By understanding customer needs and positioning the right cloud and software solutions, you will drive customer success and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and progress new business opportunities within the SMC segment.
Engage prospective customers through outbound activities such as calling, networking, and social outreach.
Understand customer business challenges and position Microsoft and AWS solutions using a value-based selling approach.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial engagement through negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate with internal solution and technical teams to develop tailored proposals that meet customer requirements.
Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data in CRM systems to support forecasting and performance tracking.
