Job Details
As an Enterprise Architect - Insurance Domain (deep insurance systems experience), you will play a critical role within a high-impact, cross-functional team delivering large-scale, multi-year transformation programs for strategic enterprise customers across APAC. This role is consultative, advisory, and pursuit-led, and is ideally suited for professionals from Global System Integrators (GSIs) who have operated at the intersection of architecture, sales, delivery, and industry transformation.
You will act as a trusted advisor to CXO and enterprise architecture stakeholders, shaping end-to-end transformation strategies across Cloud, Data & AI, Core Applications, and Digital Platforms, while ensuring commercial viability and delivery feasibility.
Core Responsibilites :
- Client Advisory & Technical Leadership
- Act as the primary architecture advisor for a portfolio of high-value strategic enterprise accounts.
- Engage with CIO, CTO, Chief Data Officer, Enterprise Architecture, and business executives to influence technology direction.
- Develop multi-year modernisation and innovation roadmaps covering cloud, data, AI, apps, and security.
- Facilitate technical strategy sessions and modernization roadmap discussions.
- Provide technology thought leadership in customer meetings and partner events.
- Build long-term architecture credibility with key strategic customers.
- Solution Advisory & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for large, multi-domain pursuits specifically in cloud migrations, data platforms, AI/ML, app modernization, API/integration, DevOps, and digital transformation programs
- Develop reference architectures, transformation roadmaps, and commercial models covering cloud, licensing, and on-prem environments.
- Ensure compliance with industry and regional standards (MAS, PDPA, BNM).
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures.
- Present and defend architectural approaches to customer technical and executive stakeholders.
- Technical Pre-Sales & Proposal Support
- Partner with Sales, Practice Leads, and Delivery to support large pursuits, RFP responses, and customer workshops.
- Shape complex deals with high-level solution blueprints, estimations, and phasing strategies.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across cloud, data, AI, and applications.
- Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs), TCO analyses, solution proposals, and supporting collateral for RFPs and proactive opportunities.
- Conduct architecture workshops and design sessions with customer teams.
- Ensure the technical integrity and feasibility of all solutions throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
- Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration
- Work with AWS, Microsoft, and key OEM partners to co-design and co-sell joint solutions.
- Stay current on emerging partner technologies to ensure solutions leverage the latest innovations.
- Governance & Reusability
- Establish governance and quality assurance across proposed solutions.
- Create reusable solution assets, playbooks, and architecture templates for future pursuits.
- Collaborate with delivery teams for seamless handover and post-sale architecture validation.
