- 5 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience in calendar management over international time zones, travel scheduling, and budgeting of events.
- Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
- Administrative experience in a high-tech environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Knowledge of the dynamics of a marketing environment and a general understanding of go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve scheduling challenges,along with prioritizing executive initiatives in effort to optimize workflow and achieve company's key business objectives.
