Job Details
Job Summary:
Supports compensation and benefits program implementation, administration, regulatory compliance, and maintenance for assigned geographical regions. Conducts analysis, prepares reports, summarizes and interprets information for leadership review.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists in the collection, consolidation and interpretation of data required to support compensation and benefit programs; prepares reports, evaluations and other research regarding plan compliance and effectiveness.
Participates in and may conduct internal and external market surveys; serves as a contact with external providers and internal stakeholders.
Analyzes plan participation, plan design, and cost issues and trends; provides information for continuous improvement actions.
Assists with the delivery and assessment of designated plan components ensuring compliance with plan design, company policies and governance and internal controls; may conduct job evaluations using the company designated job evaluation tool.
Participates as a team member to develop and improve global strategies and policies; contributes to the development market assessment tools and processes with the assistance of more senior compensation and benefits analysts, Implements changes to administrative processes.
Assists in the delivery of training to managers and line human resources.
Consults with line human resources on program design and administration issues and recommends solutions.
Provides input on the development and distribution of communication materials for benefit changes, annual open enrollment, and other communication media.
Qualifications
Education, Specializations, Certificates:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Accounting, or other related fields.
Advanced English.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources focused on Rewards, Compensation, Remuneration, and Benefits subsystems.

Human Resources Business Process Execution - Manages the execution of Human Resources business processes, seeking efficiency, accuracy, positive business performance outcomes and operational agility; integrates activities across processes as needed; assures compliance with process and legal requirements; effectively balances process requirements and business leader needs.
Human Resources Consulting - Collaborates with partners to observe the environment and apply sound judgment informed by knowledge, skills, and experiences to diagnose, identify and optimize opportunities to provide holistic solutions, while balancing the needs of stakeholders, primarily employees, with those of the organization.
Human Resources Data Management - Acts on people data to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements.
Mobility Administration - Implements and administrates operational processes to ensure the seamless movement of talent in alignment with applicable policies, taxation, immigration laws, global cash payroll, local legislation and internal controls procedures.
Training Delivery - Instructs learners in a manner that engages and adjusts to individual and group needs resulting in knowledge, skills and abilities that can be applied on the job.
Data Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.
