The Senior Operative ensures that the Stryker products are received, stored and shipped in a professional and timely fashion with the right quality. The Senior Operative continually improves this job’s activities to meet the customers’ expectations and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a hands-on self-starter, involved in daily logistics operations while setting direction and overseeing team execution.
• Develop and implement operational plans, identify improvement opportunities, and drive efficiency and effectiveness aligned with business goals.

Your profile

• Fluent English is required and fluent Swedish is preferred.
• Forklift truck training.
• Adequate IT-knowledge (E.g. Microsoft Office, ERP knowledge) is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of similar job experience.

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
