  • Identify, implement, and support opportunities to streamline workflows, improve internal processes, and reduce manual effort across commercial operations.
  • Support documentation, standardization, and adoption of Commercial Process best practices, tools, and templates, ensuring alignment with internal policies and governance requirements.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting to monitor initiatives, operational requests, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Prepare regular status updates, summaries, and insights to improve visibility, data quality, and decision‑making for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, support change management efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Commercial Process unit.

What Success Looks Like

  • Commercial teams experience reduced operational friction and clearer processes.
  • Requests and initiatives are tracked, visible, and executed efficiently.
  • Internal processes are documented, standardized, and consistently applied.
