Overview:

Are you passionate about making a difference and driving social responsibility initiatives? This is a second shift position, offering a unique opportunity to impact lives and communities in a meaningful way. We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, promoting, and executing the company's social responsibility activities.  

Responsibilities:

1. Plans, promotes, and executes the social responsibility initiatives offered or developed by the company.
2. Emotional or Psychological Support and Referral of Cases in LYRA.
3. Understands and applies the NOM-035-STPS regulations.
4. Conducts benefit campaigns for employees.
5. Organizes recreational and cultural activities.
6. Plans motivational programs.
7. Participation in VIBE's iniciatives.
8. Supports Human Resources department activities.
9. Performs other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Three years of experience in a similar position (manufacturing industry)
• English Proficiency +85%
• Experience with non-profit community support associations as well as governmental institution
• Teamwork
• Self-Initiative
• Excellent Human Relations and Good Communication
• Effective Communication at All Levels
