This is a second shift position, offering a unique opportunity to impact lives and communities in a meaningful way. We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, promoting, and executing the company's social responsibility activities.
Responsibilities:- Plans, promotes, and executes the social responsibility initiatives offered or developed by the company.
- Emotional or Psychological Support and Referral of Cases in LYRA.
- Understands and applies the NOM-035-STPS regulations.
- Conducts benefit campaigns for employees.
- Organizes recreational and cultural activities.
- Plans motivational programs.
- Participation in VIBE's iniciatives.
- Supports Human Resources department activities.
- Performs other assignments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work
- Three years of experience in a similar position (manufacturing industry)
- English Proficiency +85%
- Experience with non-profit community support associations as well as governmental institution
