The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for driving, supporting and improving the sales operations processes within Stryker, and analyzing and providing data insights of sales and targets for Sales Management.

EMEA Sales Operations team is part of the Business Enablement Solutions Department; this is a key sales operations support role to help Stryker deliver its sales strategy in EMEA. The sales operations support includes timely, accurate sales allocation according to the local sales organizational structure by division and enable standardized sales KPI reporting by geographies, products, customers and sales reps.
The Sales Operations Analyst works closely with the Sales Management team with the sales operations processes and analyzing sales and targets data. The Sales Operations Analyst will also work with other departments, such as Sales Incentive Compensation, Finance, BI/IT and Analytics team, to ensure that sales operations activities are aligned with overall business goals.
The Sales Operations Analyst will act – reporting to Associate Manager, Sales Operations Europe – as single point of contact and business partner for the sales team of the Europe South region, when building innovative, analytical sales operations processes, tools and insights. Moreover, Sales Operations Analyst will strongly collaborate with Sales Management team of Europe South, as to give data-based consultancy during the yearly process of new sales territories and targets setting, including regular updates and advice on how to best leverage the tools at their disposal.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Drive and support territory management, target setting and sales incentive process and seek ways to continuously improve and automate the processes.
Manage and maintain accurate information in sales-related systems and tools and sales automation software.
Responsible for delivering information, KPIs, standardized set of reports for supporting the respective regional sales team.
Engage in initiatives to drive governance of the standardized sales dashboards.
Create and execute BI tool training programs for sales users.
Collect, consolidate, analyze and maintain data on sales and target potential.
Collaborate with BI/IT to build and test necessary infrastructure as required.
Coordinate, validate, reconcile sales and target data in collaboration with the various business functions when needed, following a framework.
Participate in cross-functional projects to drive sales performance and growth.
Business Partner: Provide actionable insights and advice on opportunities using data analytics to improve process efficiency and business profitability.
Job requirements & Experience:
Experience as Sales Operations Analyst, BI Analyst, Finance or similar role is a plus.
Solid understanding of sales related data.
Familiarity with the Microsoft/office365 environment (Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Planner etc.).
Good knowledge of Excel, BI solutions and visualization skills.
Very good knowledge of English. Italian or Spanish is a plus.
Willingness to travel (not frequently).
