What a typical day in this role would look like:

• Support the execution of professional development plans and participate in performance evaluation processes, including follow-up on action plans.

• Manage and update the area’s databases (KPIs, talent metrics, and performance indicators), including data analysis and cross-referencing information for audits and reports.

• Support the implementation of the organizational wellbeing plan and inclusion and diversity initiatives.

• Coordinate vendors related to People & Culture initiatives.

• Provide logistical and organizational support for internal area events.
