We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of our professional legal solutions. In this pivotal role, you will shape the direction of a global, AI-enabled SaaS platform, translating customer insights into innovative products and driving successful market adoption.
This position encompasses end-to-end product management responsibilities, including developing feature and function specifications for both new capabilities and existing products and services. You will serve as the bridge between customer requirements and product delivery, ensuring our solutions meet market demands and deliver exceptional value.
About the Role:
Drive product strategy, development, and commercialization of professional legal solutions
Conduct customer research and analysis to identify needs, pain points, and market opportunities
Translate customer insights into innovative product features and functionality, including AI-enabled capabilities
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization, across a global customer base
Develop detailed feature and function specifications for new and existing products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption
Define and monitor product performance metrics, iterating based on customer feedback, experimentation, and market trends
Ensure products deliver exceptional value and meet business objectives
About You:
3+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment
Familiarity with AI-powered products or experience working alongside data science, ML, or AI teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster effective customer and stakeholder engagement
Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Strong track record of managing competing priorities and executing against strategic initiatives
Knowledge of product development methodologies, including agile and experimentation frameworks
Strong research skills to stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Legal industry or legal technology experience strongly preferred
