Location: Kyiv, Ukraine | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Reporting to: Sales Manager | Language requirements: Fluent/professional Ukrainian and English, written and verbal  

As our new Multivendor Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for driving both business growth and operational excellence across SoftwareOne’s relationships with software vendors and distributors. You will act as a central orchestration point between vendors, distributors, sales, pre-sales, and finance teams, ensuring predictable revenue growth, compliance with vendor programs, and flawless execution of deals.  

The scope includes (but is not limited to): Broadcom, Veeam, Zscaler, Okta, DocuSign, CrowdStrike, ESET, and Trend Micro.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Vendor Business Development & Growth: Own strategic vendor relationships, drive joint planning and growth initiatives, align vendor strategies with go-to-market priorities, and support sales teams to maximize success in key opportunities and complex deals 
  • Commercial & Operational Execution: Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle with accurate documentation and data integrity across CRM/ERP systems, ensuring timely deal execution and strong deadline discipline 
  • Vendor Program & Partner Status Management: Maintain and grow vendor partner statuses, ensure program compliance, drive specializations, and manage audits and vendor program reviews 
  • Financial Management & Forecasting: Handle commercial calculations, forecasting, and quota management while optimizing deal profitability, margins, and vendor incentives 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central coordination point across internal teams and external partners, managing escalations and contributing to vendor governance and business reviews
