We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our Team specializing in Sales for our Distribution Business segment in Dallas, Texas.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
· Responsible for purchasing, receiving, cycle counting and researching inventory discrepancies while assisting with month end reporting.
· Collaborate with internal/external Auditors on Power Gen Revenue recognition, assisting with generating Power Gen customer invoicing for serialized inventory.
· Maintain project notes, databases, and other records; monitor, measure, and communicate with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.
· Assist with managing, purchasing and reconciling internal/external Supplier invoices.
· Manage/review monthly stock inventory and manage annual fiscal inventory and review discrepancies.
· Assist in identifying, tracking, and working with others to resolve project issues.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
· Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
· Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite; BMS Inventory Reporting and Sales Force experience preferred.
· Effective communication skills needed to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
· Able to work from anywhere in the continental U.S during the hours of 8 AM – 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
· This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.
Compensation and Benefits
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 – 30.00/hour, base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
