Role Purpose
We are creating a new pre‑sales function to guide customers through Microsoft’s evolving contracting world. Your mission: help them transition confidently to partner‑led CSP/MCA, restore clarity and profitability in the public sector, and advise global customers on high‑level contracting strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Lead pre‑sales conversations that guide customers from Enterprise Agreements to CSP under the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA).
- Develop and deliver contract comparisons, value explanations, and strategic recommendations.
- Re‑engage public sector customers and introduce alternative service propositions to restore sustainable profitability.
- Advise global and complex customers on strategic contracting setups (e.g., split billing, WHT scenarios, contract fit).
- Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure commercial proposals and follow‑ups run smoothly.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on Microsoft incentives, frameworks, and market developments.
