Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth.
Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.
Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.
Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings comfortably.
Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers.
Manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously.
Adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility.
Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical healthcare/sales role (or a combination of the two)
Hold certificates as a Clinical Support Staff and a Sales Promotion Representative (KDE, STE) certified by the Ministry of Health, or to be a graduate of a relevant university program that qualifies the individual to obtain these certifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs(Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.)
Knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.
Proficiency in English
Preferred:
Medical device related fields or B2B sales experience
Experience in Neurosurgery, ENT Surgery, and Orthopedic Surgery.
