We’re excited to offer a 12‑month opportunity for a Clinical Consultant to join Stryker’s Sage portfolio, supporting products that play a critical role in hospital‑acquired infection prevention and patient care.

About the role:

As a Clinical Consultant in our Sage portfolio, you will:

  • Provide clinical education, product training, and support to nurses and hospital teams across acute care environments.

  • Promote safe clinical practice through evidence‑based guidelines and SAGE product solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Infection Prevention, ICU, ED, perioperative and general ward teams.

  • Conduct in-services, staff training, audits, and demonstrations to ensure optimal product adoption and compliance.

  • Work closely with the sales and broader clinical teams to support product utilisation and customer satisfaction.

  • Travel across Sydney hospitals as part of your daily role (valid driver’s licence required).

We provide full onboarding and product training, so you’ll be well equipped to succeed—whether you’re experienced in infection prevention, clinical education, or looking to step into the medical device industry.

You Will Have

  • Experience in Nursing (ideally) or Allied Health, Science, or similar healthcare background (highly regarded).

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Confidence delivering training sessions and engaging with diverse clinical teams.

  • Ability to work autonomously, manage your own schedule, and adapt to fast‑paced hospital environments.

  • A passion for improving patient safety and clinical outcomes.
