Job Description

Purpose:
Drive business development within key accounts by collaborating with account owners and healthcare professionals. Establish strong customer relationships, deliver clear company messaging, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies. Provide accurate forecasting and business insights to support strategic decision-making, while managing account budgets effectively.

Geographic Coverage:
This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, with geographic coverage that includes both the central and northern regions of Thailand. The position requires business travel within these areas to support key accounts and deliver on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business development plans in consultation with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
  • Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), share scientific updates, and identify treatment gaps to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the product manager to organize hospital workshops, network meetings, and Botox injection trainings, including curriculum development, material preparation, logistics, and post-training follow-up.
  • Coordinate with team members to expand the pool of trained injectors and increase the number of injection sites.
  • Support clinical programs, including in-house and external injection training and the preparation of relevant materials.
  • Achieve sales targets within key accounts, particularly leading medical school, government, and private hospitals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Nursing
  • Experience and expertise in the neuroscience field
  • Strong knowledge of relevant diseases and products, with analytical skills for customer insights
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Initiative and creativity to develop the neuroscience business
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business within the central and northern regions of Thailand to support key accounts
