We are looking for a talented Project Manager - Sales to join our team specializing in Sales in Dallas, TX.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring clear scope, objectives, and alignment with business priorities from inception through completion.
  • Facilitate effective project planning sessions with stakeholders to define performance goals, success metrics, and shared expectations.
  • Design and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress against goals and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve project issues and risks by applying quality tools and partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor, manage, and communicate project budgets, status, and performance to project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
  • Leverage research, data analysis, and past project learnings to strengthen decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  • Allocate resources effectively and guide team members through project phases by coaching, supporting, and providing developmental feedback.
  • Capture, document, and share project insights, lessons learned, and best practices to drive continuous improvement across teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Apply strong financial acumen to interpret key financial indicators and make informed, value-driven project and business decisions.
  • Communicate clearly across multiple channels, tailoring complex project and financial information to diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Maintain a customer-focused mindset by incorporating customer perspectives into project decisions, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Effectively manage complexity by synthesizing large volumes of data, inputs, and constraints to drive sound decisions.
  • Address and resolve conflicts constructively to maintain progress, alignment, and team effectiveness.
  • Plan and prioritize work to ensure projects remain aligned with organizational goals, timelines, and commitments.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project issues and risks using established tools to minimize negative impacts and maximize outcomes.
  • Balance scope, schedule, and resources to ensure project objectives are fully realized and deliver measurable impact.
  • Develop and manage project resource plans, including expense and headcount, to optimize utilization and control costs.
  • Manage project schedules using disciplined tools and processes to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Control project scope by clearly defining, tracking, and managing deliverables to prevent scope creep.
  • Adapt communication style to explain complex technical or project information in a way that is clear, actionable, and relevant to the target audience.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree required.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

  • Own delivery of complex, high‑risk projects or programs that span multiple teams, customers, or product lines, with full accountability for schedule, cost, and customer outcomes.
  • Serve as an escalation and decision point for project risks, commercial impacts, and customer concerns, resolving issues that exceed standard PM authority.

Skill, Education or Experience Requirement

  • Significant experience managing large or complex projects, including direct ownership of financial performance, risk management, and customer communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders with minimal management.
  • Strong business and financial judgment, with experience managing margins, change orders, and schedule impacts.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management, engineering, business, or a related field.

  • Salesforce Experience | Microsoft Tools Experience | SharePoint Experience

Compensation:

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
