We’re seeking someone to join our team as a AI Digital Content & Communications Manager.


The Firmwide AI department at Morgan Stanley is a dynamic and innovative team that serves as a center of AI enablement for the firm. Firmwide AI is responsible for deploying advanced systems that utilize generative artificial intelligence to optimize business processes. The team oversees governance and control measures to ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. The team is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and provides education on AI technologies to other departments within the company. 


We are seeking a Digital Content and Communications Manager to help drive artificial intelligence initiatives through the strategic development and continuous optimization of our digital products across the Firmwide AI website and beyond. You will own the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and align business goals with technical execution in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver impactful digital solutions that will showcase AI innovation at Morgan Stanley.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to support firmwide key initiatives and sponsorships across the Firmwide AI website. Prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

  • Content Management: Oversee day to day content management for the Firmwide AI website, including maintaining site structure, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and timeliness, and coordinating updates with cross functional stakeholders. Ensure all published materials align with Firm communication standards, brand guidelines, and governance requirements, while continuously improving usability, navigation, and overall user experience to support employee engagement and adoption.

  • Governance: Create and maintain governance controls for the Firmwide AI website, ensuring content quality, compliance, and alignment with firm standards.

  • Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders (across UX design, Analytics, business partners, and technology) and external vendors to translate business goals into actionable requirements.

  • Execution: Write clear user stories and lead planning, testing, and release cycles. Continuously work to improve the efficiency of the development process.

  • Analytics: Manage and track product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to inform ongoing product enhancements and drive AI adoption and literacy efforts. Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements to drive engagement and conversion.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience balancing business objectives with technical execution in a product ownership role

  • Proven track record of delivering digital products

  • Experience in leading discovery, defining product vision, OKRs, success metrics, and mapping user journeys

  • Comfortable navigating large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives effectively.

  • Proficient in translating high-level business goals into actionable objectives and technical requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill complex problems into iterative, implementable solutions.

  • Strong communication skills, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in social media content management and communications strategy.

  • Experience with large-scale, high-visibility digital product initiatives involving technical, legal, and operational governance as well as regulatory requirements (preferred)

  • Experience using JavaScript and HTML to support website updates and enhancements (preferred)

  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers, analytics teams, and developers to deliver client-friendly products and user experiences (preferred)

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (particularly Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics) and Sharepoint Online site/content management (preferred)
