As a Physical Therapist you will be responsible for the evaluation, planning, and directing of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.

Schedule: This full time, exempt position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week.

About the Rehabilitation Department: core hours are Monday-Sunday from 7:00am-4:00pm and as needed to support acute care hospital rehab staff.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in operational aspects of the department
• Maintain performance improvement activities within the department
• Participate in CQI activities

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in applicable state
• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months  
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity    
  Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity    
• (Flu) Influenza-acceptance or declination for hires between Oct 1st-April 30th    
• Respirator FIT Mask Test - Onsite
• Color test  
• COVID vaccination (required)

Preferred Qualification:

• Masters's degree

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
